When will I receive my order?
Standard: 2-5 working days for metro areas. 3-7 working days for Perth and regional areas
Express: 1-3 working days metro
New Zealand: 4-14 working days
Do you ship internationally?
Books in the USA are sold via amazon.com. We are working on shipping to the rest of the world so watch this space!
Can I buy A Cure for Vivian from other retailers?
Currently, our books are sold in Australia and New Zealand only through this website.
Is there a discount for bulk buys?
Absolutely! Please email info@namdarbooks.com.au if you'd like to purchase more than 10 books.
What is your refund policy?
We will gladly refund your order within 14 days of the purchase date if you happen to get a faulty item or decide to change your mind.
Send an email with the subject "Return" to info@namdarbooks.com.au and include your name and order number in the email.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The value of the merchandise will be the amount being reimbursed.
The original tender type will be used to handle refunds. Credit card and EFTPOS refunds have to be processed using the original card information (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
